What are internal assistants?
An internal assistant is custom modified LLM trained on specific company data to be able to help out employees within the company. This provides a user friendly, 24/7 method for employees to be able to ask questions in a natural way and get accurate answers. This can improve employee confidence, efficiency and reduce human error.
We currently only offer these assistants as bots that operate as massageable profiles in your company’s Slack community.
Where are they most useful?
These assistants can provide use to anyone in the business, but typically the most benefit can be found for:
- New employees who can ask questions without feeling like they are wasting others time
- Customer service teams who get asked a question they are unsure of the answer to
- Any employees who have to search through large volumes of text/data as a part of their day to day work
